We have been very happy with this event management team and lots of credit of our success at both the events goes undoubtedly to Makrand Desai and his team. This team comprises of bunch of enthusiastic youngsters specialized in each subspecialty of event management and they work in unison under the able leadership of Makrand Desai.

All the Foreign delegates and our own people have commented that the quality of transmission of the live Workshop was extraordinarily good and such excellent service was not seen anywhere in the world.

Their work has grown over years to most sophisticated. They have organized several medical national and international conferences talking full responsibility of audio-visual services and event co-ordination. He fulfills all the needs of an event manager.

Feedback questionnaires from delegates gave full marks to the event managers on all fronts including overall organizing, stage designing, audio-visual quality, entertainment evening program, momentos, inauguration function, time management, travel and accommodation for faculty and delegates, food menus and gifting. I was very happy with this young and energetic team which was well organized, punctual and very sincere and honest with fund handling. I strongly recommend them for organizing any such events for any speciality in medicine.

Variance team provided a high-quality and seamless service, management during the presentations and discussion periods, audio and video recordings of all scientific sessions, and filming of session for webcasting. He and his team have been looking after virtually total arrangement of the CMEs’. These include registration of the delegates, correspondence, looking after the faculty including their accommodation, hall and stage decoration, audiovisual and food arrangement, help-desk, preparation of stalls, display of banners, preview room, co-ordination between the organizers, faculty and the delegates, photography, audio and video recording. A special feature has been the vote –pad in which the participants vote for a correct answer out of multiple choices put them for answering a question (equivalent to KBC). This has been very popular and an added asset to the CME. The Team members of varriance have been very efficient and they have carried out each aspect of event management to the total satisfaction of the organizers.
