- Creating Marketing Plan, Telephone, Web Marketing, Mailers etc.
- Training & Briefing Communications Team as per the script for sending out E-mailers, SMS, and Telephone Call for Marketing and Registrations.
- Follow Communications / Reminders / Important Information.
- Confirming Registrations over SMS, Emails, Telephone calls.
- Creating Registered Delegate Lists.
- Sending Regular Info-Messages about Conference Updates.
- Facilitating On-site Registration Counter, with appropriate staffing.

Designing and Printing
- Responsible for Content & Design Management as per the Event Requirements.
- Design and Print Collaterals according to Event Brief such as Pre-event Advertising Brochures, Emailers, Newsletters.
- Design and Print On-site Collaterals such as Brand Panels, Roll up Standee's, Registration Desk Banners, Branded Signage. The contents for all will be created in collaboration with your team.
- Undertake all Printing work as per the listed deliverables in the budget.
- Provide options for Conference Kit giveaways, such as Branded Notepads, Pens, Conference Notes/Materials, and Branded Folders.

Technical and Production
- Co-ordinate with Local Vendors for Fabrications, and Audiovisual Requirements as specified in the Budget Sheet.
- Onsite Co-ordination conducted with Hotel Staff, AV Vendors, Fabricators by a dedicated Operations Manager from our Team.
- Special Technology Tools such as SMS Wall, Voting Pad System can be provided for improving Audience Interaction and Networking Opportunities.

- Appropriate On-site Staffing and Managing as per requirements.
