Varriance

He and his team have been looking after virtually total arrangement of the CMEs'. These include registration of the delegates, correspondence, looking after the faculty including their accommodation, hall and stage decoration, audiovisual and food arrangement, help-desk, preparation of stalls, display of banners, preview room, co-ordination between the organizers, faculty and the delegates, photography, audio and video recording. A special feature has been the vote -pad in which the participants vote for a correct answer out of multiple choices put them for answering a question (equivalent to KBC). This has been very popular and an added asset to the CME. The Team members of varriance have been very efficient and they have carried out each aspect of event management to the total satisfaction of the organizers.
